Insurance Information

At Endo Inc. Root Canal Specialists, we work hand in hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. If you have dental insurance, we are pleased to assist you in completing the required forms and processing your claim. If you have any problems or questions, please ask our staff. They are well informed and up to date on insurance procedures. They can be reached by phone or email.

When treatment is started, the staff will ask you for an estimated initial payment. They will process your claim and forward it to the insurance company. After payment has been received from the insurance company you will either receive a bill for any remaining balance or a reimbursement check if the insurance company has paid more than anticipated. You are responsible for payment of all fees for services rendered by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.   Any balance not covered or rejected by your insurance is your responsibility.

Insurance can be very confusing.  There are numerous dental insurance policies available with varying coverage and limitations, which makes it impossible to know them all.  Waiting periods, deductibles, what your insurance company considers reasonable and customary, can all be different between policies, even within the same insurance company.  Please read your policy and know your benefits coverage and limitations.  If you are unsure, contact your insurance provider to verify coverage amounts or obtain a pretreatment estimate of what you may owe.  Many dental services are NOT covered by insurance.  Insurance coverage is established between your employer and the insurance company. We do not determine your benefits. While we do everything we can to help you with your insurance claims, we cannot guarantee that your insurance company will pay.  It is your responsibility to understand your insurance benefits and limitations.

Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your initial visit. Please provide your insurance information when you schedule your appointment so that we can expedite reimbursement.
